Website Cookie Policy

Last updated: 3 August 2026

This policy explains how Beyond AI Academy uses cookies and similar technologies on its public website. It should be read together with the Website Privacy Notice.

PrivacyCookiesTerms of Use

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files stored on a browser or device. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, tags and comparable identifiers. We refer to them collectively as cookies in this policy.

2. Our current use of cookies

At the date of this policy, Beyond AI’s public website application does not set optional analytics, functional or marketing cookies, and it does not use advertising pixels. The application also does not store form contents in browser storage.

The website’s hosting and security infrastructure may process request-level technical information or use strictly necessary technologies to deliver pages, balance traffic, prevent abuse and protect the service. These technologies are not used by Beyond AI for behavioural advertising.

3. Cookie categories

  • Strictly necessary: required for website delivery, security, fraud prevention, load balancing or a setting specifically requested by the visitor.
  • Functional: remember optional language, interface or accessibility choices. None are currently deployed by the website application.
  • Analytics and performance: measure website use and performance. None are currently deployed.
  • Marketing: support advertising, campaign measurement or social-media targeting. None are currently deployed.

4. Current inventory

We will update this inventory before activating any new cookie, analytics provider, advertising technology, embedded third-party content or browser-storage key.

TechnologyPurpose and status
Website application cookiesNone set at the last review.
Optional analytics or marketingNone deployed at the last review.
Essential hosting and security technologiesMay be used by the hosting infrastructure for secure delivery, routing and abuse prevention; session-based or retained only as required for security and operations.

5. Consent and future optional cookies

Strictly necessary technologies may operate because they are required to provide and protect the website. If optional cookies are introduced, they will remain disabled until the visitor makes the relevant choice where consent is required. Rejecting optional cookies will not prevent access to ordinary website content.

A preference control will be provided before any optional categories are activated, and withdrawing consent will be as easy as giving it.

6. Third-party content

The website may link to third-party services, including the separate Beyond AI platform. Following a link does not itself activate optional cookies on this website. Any third-party service may apply its own cookie and privacy information once you visit it.

7. Browser controls

You may delete or block cookies using your browser or device settings. Blocking strictly necessary technologies may prevent parts of the website from working correctly.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when website technology, providers, purposes or legal requirements change. The latest update date will appear at the top of this page. If a change requires consent, the relevant optional technology will not be enabled until the required choice is obtained.

9. Contact

Questions about cookies or privacy may be sent to contact@beyondaiacademy.com.
